Problems setting up Remote Solutions on older versions of Windows


Clients attempting to install the CMS Remote Solutions on older versions of Microsoft Windows (Windows 95, Windows 98 and 98 Second Edition, Windows Me, Windows NT 4.0, or Windows 2000) may have difficulty, as the Remote Desktop Application was not a default application.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/tools/rdclientdl.mspx to download and install the RDC Client application.
